This is the hardware I used. Of course you can change this hardware for anything you wish, but the Multipathing and iSCSI setup is designed for this hardware. Other vendors may implement their multipathing differently.

I will leave this as an exercise for the reader. Follow the diagram, you will need quite a few ethernet cables.
